Very good value for money, more than enough for eight people, the landlord is very good, also prepared a lot of travel guides, gourmet tourist attractions, but unfortunately I was catching the train the next day, it was useless, the community environment is good, there are two restaurants in front of the community .

1.清潔阿姨來的太慢了，打掃的不乾淨。2.廁所馬桶是堵的，跟房東反饋後，房東第一回復是我們往裡麪扔東西導致馬桶堵塞，很無語。誰會無聊到往馬桶裏故意丟東西堵住呢？看了以往的評論才知道，主卧的衞生巾馬桶總是堵，我們自己通了兩次，通開以後就再也不敢用了，等於説主卧的馬桶處於無法使用狀態。3.下水道返味兒，很臭。4.廚房的微波爐是個擺設，壞的。5.各個卧室門口及房間大門口都貼了出門關燈、節約用電的温馨提示，三千多的房費花了，還要被時刻提醒節約用電，好像有雙無形的眼睛在背後盯着你，沒關燈就要被指指點點一樣，體驗感很差。6.客廳的投影效果太差了，該升級了，白天看完全看不清，投在幕布上都是格子塊，看起來太累眼睛了。7.網速很差，除了慢還經常掉線，建議房東想想辦法。
