酒店地理位置很好，地處滻灞生態區，很高的綠化率。
高大的仿漢唐建築，步入大堂中國傳統的四樑八柱的調高大堂，工作人員的制服也很有特點。
客房面積足夠大，洗漱區域寬敞，衞浴設施精良，洗漱備品彰顯檔次（菲拉格慕的沐浴，戴森的吹風機，木質的梳子）;床品舒適，給你一夜酣眠;拉開窗簾即是園林美景。
早餐因疫情緣故是套餐形式，但也很有品質。從出餐速度，餐品搭配，器皿的使用都很滿意。
總之還是很推薦的。

酒店給人感覺高端大氣上檔次，衹是可能入住期間沒什麼人，早餐是套餐形式，很一般，選擇餘地不大。
説説房間，很大，住的蠻舒服的，唯一的缺點就是淋浴房，水很小，而且地面開槽設計不人性化，很容易摔倒。

此行青甘環網上住過的最舒服的一家酒店，卻不是最貴的酒店，服務很周到，早餐特別好，時間也是到十點很人性化。園景設計很漂亮，而且靠河邊。房間真的很乾凈，全套床品自帶人事發言。唯一一點沒地方掛洗好的衣服，掛在吧枱上方的下掛燈具上，因為怕上面是臟的，於是我用白色消毒巾擦了一下，擦好一看，消毒巾還是白的，可見衞生搞的多細緻，下次來西安首選！

酒店的整體都很棒。獨特的園林酒店，唐代的裝修設計讓人有種穿越時空的感覺。每一位服務員都是熱情的接待，房間的環境很好，有獨立的觀景台，能看到不同地段的酒店景色。超級喜歡酒店的夜景，超大的湖面微風輕輕吹動有天鵝和鴨子的戲水讓人忙碌一天的心情也跟着放鬆起來。特別推薦特色餐廳，在湖面上吃着陝西特色小吃別有一番滋味……

住了很多家西安的酒店，華海無論是環境和服務都是最好的，房間打掃仔細且全面，窗外的景色優美，並且設施齊全，前台態度非常好，尤其是大堂管家李凱先生，幫了我很多的忙，非常推薦入住。

放假帶孩子，第一次住華海，感覺很好，房間寬敞整潔，早餐豐盛。最主要的是，不論前台、餐飲以及客服的工作人員，特別熱情禮貌，感覺很温馨。

西安之行，入住了三家酒店。華海，w，麗思。
華海風格很“中秋”很“長安”，蠻大氣的風格，酒店內園景湖景都不錯，人也很少。附近可以逛一逛滻灞公園，離華夏文旅看錶演也不遠。
缺點是衞生間與卧室是玻璃隔斷，私密性不佳，中式椅子坐起來也不太舒服。尤其是服務不太規範，與正規星級酒店還有很大差距。更像是舉辦宴會的酒店。
比如工作人員在電梯口遇到客人從不打招呼，也沒人提醒，電梯上顯示的4樓其實就是房卡上的5樓。幾次經過前台看到工作狀態也都比較懶散，餐廳兼職服務員回答不出餐廳有哪些茶，菜品裏有什麼食材，甚至上菜也不會擺桌，當場着急，在我提醒下才知道，換盤後就可以放得下。😓臨走在前台詢問豪華標間與園景標間的區別，回答：豪華標間沒有窗户。隨後我網頁查詢，豪華標間也有窗户。這業務能力讓我一頭霧水。
臨走房間落了一件衣服，自己過了很久才想起來是丟在這裏。一般退房後，酒店發現有客人遺留物品，都會主動第一時間聯繫，不會等到客人自己想起來。
總體不是很推薦，帶長輩來估計還可以。他們也許會喜歡酒店的風格，並且對服務要求也沒那麼細緻。
