放假帶孩子，第一次住華海，感覺很好，房間寬敞整潔，早餐豐盛。最主要的是，不論前台、餐飲以及客服的工作人員，特別熱情禮貌，感覺很温馨。

西安之行，入住了三家酒店。華海，w，麗思。
華海風格很“中秋”很“長安”，蠻大氣的風格，酒店內園景湖景都不錯，人也很少。附近可以逛一逛滻灞公園，離華夏文旅看錶演也不遠。
缺點是衞生間與卧室是玻璃隔斷，私密性不佳，中式椅子坐起來也不太舒服。尤其是服務不太規範，與正規星級酒店還有很大差距。更像是舉辦宴會的酒店。
比如工作人員在電梯口遇到客人從不打招呼，也沒人提醒，電梯上顯示的4樓其實就是房卡上的5樓。幾次經過前台看到工作狀態也都比較懶散，餐廳兼職服務員回答不出餐廳有哪些茶，菜品裏有什麼食材，甚至上菜也不會擺桌，當場着急，在我提醒下才知道，換盤後就可以放得下。😓臨走在前台詢問豪華標間與園景標間的區別，回答：豪華標間沒有窗户。隨後我網頁查詢，豪華標間也有窗户。這業務能力讓我一頭霧水。
臨走房間落了一件衣服，自己過了很久才想起來是丟在這裏。一般退房後，酒店發現有客人遺留物品，都會主動第一時間聯繫，不會等到客人自己想起來。
總體不是很推薦，帶長輩來估計還可以。他們也許會喜歡酒店的風格，並且對服務要求也沒那麼細緻。

酒店很大，設計感很強，園子裏孩子可以喂天鵝，餵魚，剛好碰見結婚的，悠揚的音樂讓景色更靈動了，古色古香，幽靜，一步一景，角角落落都好喜歡。自助餐品質也超級好，房間面積也大，目前為止最喜歡的酒店，孩子，長者都很喜歡，下次還會來。

首先是服務特別好，前台辦理入住，因為網上下訂單錯定了標間。前台小哥一聽，免費給升級了湖景大床。見到的每一位服務員都特別熱情。參加公司晚宴，宴會廳的服務人員也是相當到位。環境特別棒，入住期間剛好下雪，結合酒店仿古的元素，感覺特別好。五星好評必須走一波👍🏻
