Really good service, Cindy, a cute reception lady she explained to me very patiently and dealt with late check-in and late check-out. Also, room was pretty with lake view. Lovely experience will do it again. Thanks Cindy as well.

I’ve stayed at Hyatt Regency hotel a few times. It is always a pleasure! A lot of staff speaks English, everyone is so helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

It was a very satisfying stay. The front desk staff, icey, was very nice and provided great service. She also helped upgrade the room. The hotel is in a great location with free parking. The room was clean, well-equipped, comfortable and warm. The breakfast was rich and delicious with many varieties. I look forward to staying here next time!
