The room was clean and not smelly. The staff is considerate and hands-on. The restaurant is good and not expensive. All the facilities were spotless.

Nice hotel with spacious and clean room, very friendly and helpful staff, quite good selection of food for breakfast. Good place to stay in Xian.

We spent 4 nights at this hotel and really enjoyed our stay. The facilities including the gym and the swimming pool are very good. It's about 10-12min drive to the Muslim quarter and other attractions in the old town.
Overall, it's a great place to stay in Xian

在廣成大酒店的入住體驗非常好。首先，是前台小姐姐非常友好，處理公關的能力非常強，讓我們一下子感受到了西安人的熱情。其次，親子主題套房孩子非常滿意，很喜歡，住的很開心，有個小帳篷對孩子來説就是他們自己的天地。最後，我點了很多次外賣，有用的也有吃的，酒店都是安排的機器人送到門口的，孩子很興奮很好奇，一直問我機器人怎麼上電梯，怎麼知道我住哪個房間的，哈哈。機器人送東西避免了尷尬，也增加了寶寶開心的情緒。另外，5樓有個露天花園和大游泳池，可以帶寶寶去玩水游泳。

體驗很一般，環境和衞生還可以，但Wi-Fi信號太差，空調不製冷。游泳池不錯，但幹蒸房老老是温度不夠。希望儘快提升服務和設施吧，不然真的性價比不算高。

前台員工跟被迫營業似的，沒有任何服務意識，房間衞生非常差，雖然200多一晚，真的不應該有什麼要求，但是沒有對比，就沒有傷害，同樣是兩百多一晚，我在麗呈酒店住得就非常舒服，而且員工非常有服務意識，酒店開久了，可以老舊，但是員工的服務應該要有基本的服務意識，房間都打了免打擾燈，服務員還直接進去房間，還給留了一張條

酒店位置很好，安靜而方便。家庭房型面積大，設施齊備，適合帶孩子一家人入住。服務人員很熱情。機器人送餐很吸引孩子。
對應高端價格，床上用品建議用更高檔一點，早餐品種豐富但是相對廉價，可以增加更好一些的食材。
