Everything was good except the fact that there is a strong odor when I first enter the room, but that was fixed when I turned on the ac and plugged in the room deodorizer they provided. Also it an old hotel, the wooden tiles on the floor was coming off on one area. Besides what I mentioned, everything else was great.

This hotel wasn’t clean .sticky wooden floor so dusty. And hair on my bed 😬. Wouldn’t recommend. Thanks for trip.com staff contact the hotel changed another room for me . Slightly better and acceptable

Really amazing hotel, worthwhile and I highly recommend it. Really nice location too. I enjoyed the food options and also had a great time going around while checking out scenic spots in xian.

這家店的服務非常好，很熱情，前台很禮貌，設施也很完善，有免費的洗衣房可以用，還有跑步機，烘乾機，點了外賣還有機器人送，不用下樓真的很方便，衞生打掃的也特別乾淨，房間採光很好，強烈推薦！！！

過年那會自駕到西安。我的天吶‼️爆滿啊！大早上找房間，很多家都沒有辦法早上接待，過年期間實在酒店太爆了。但是這家一大早可以辦理入住，算是收留了我們，吃了早飯。就休息了樓層挺高的，還算安靜，設施齊全，離景點市區都很近。
