Everything was good except the fact that there is a strong odor when I first enter the room, but that was fixed when I turned on the ac and plugged in the room deodorizer they provided. Also it an old hotel, the wooden tiles on the floor was coming off on one area. Besides what I mentioned, everything else was great.

This hotel wasn’t clean .sticky wooden floor so dusty. And hair on my bed 😬. Wouldn’t recommend. Thanks for trip.com staff contact the hotel changed another room for me . Slightly better and acceptable

Really amazing hotel, worthwhile and I highly recommend it. Really nice location too. I enjoyed the food options and also had a great time going around while checking out scenic spots in xian.

The service in this store is very good and welcoming. The front desk is very polite and the facilities are also very complete. There is a free laundry room that you can use, as well as a treadmill and a dryer. If you order takeout, a robot will deliver it, so you don’t really have to go downstairs. It is very convenient, the cleaning is also very clean, and the room has good lighting. Highly recommended! ! !

I will drive to Xi'an during the Chinese New Year. Oh my God! ️It’s full! Looking for a room in the early morning, many hotels are unable to receive guests in the morning, and the hotel is really crowded during the Chinese New Year. But this hotel allowed us to check in early in the morning, so we were accommodated and had breakfast. I rested on a very high floor, quite quiet, with complete facilities and very close to tourist attractions and urban areas.

After booking for 3 nights, the shower was not repaired and the work efficiency was too low! And friends from the south, please note that if you go back late, the bath water will be warm, and only 2 boilers are running - there are many people staying, and delivery of things will be slow.
