A beautifully designed hotel, run by a friendly, attentive and professional team and staff, haven't had such a lovely accommodation for a very long time!
Grand entrance once you stepped in, the centre is a well curated garden housing some ducks and two peacocks. Room is spacious with comfortable bed, electric curtains, instant hot water on the shower, plenty of charging points and a variety of pillows dedicated to a good night sleep. Staff even helped us to order food delivery as our app doesn't work that evening.
Breakfast variety is great, from local delicacies to western offerings. Wasn't bored throughout the four day stay, even wish for a longer stay if i could.

Everyone was very helpful - the hotel breakfast was delicious. The suite was clean and the hotel is situated close to public transit as well as a beautiful park and shopping area.

Honestly everything was lovely about the hotel. The location, the rooms, the buffet (even with out restrictive diet we had options). It was a comfortable and lovely stay and we would come and choose it again!

I was so impressed with this hotel; it exceeded my expectations! The service, in particular, was incredibly considerate. Ice Moon was wonderful, giving me a beer coupon when I checked in, recommending delicious tourist spots, and patiently and meticulously answering all my questions. When you open the window, you're greeted with truly beautiful natural scenery, and it was lovely to walk and chat in the garden. The restaurant is also very good, and the breakfast even includes local Xi'an specialties

We regret booking only 2 nights at Hualuxe, this is such a beautiful hotel, with thoughtful amenities and wonderful location just next to Dayanta. As a family, we love the daily engaging activities to experience the traditional ancient games. The Tang inspired decor are also very instagrammable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Xi'an

My 3rd hotel stay in Xi’an. This was the BEST hotel of all.
Location : 10/10 it is just a 5minutes stroll walk to the l 不夜城, the most famous street where u can find lots of restaurants, night scenes and shopping.
Cleanliness : 10/10 their hotel room is very very clean with a touch of 复古feel.
Services : Specially thanks to Miss Angel ( 樱花女士）, she greeted me when I just check into the hotel at the reception. She was simply a beautiful and graceful lady and she’s very very helpful. Gave me her WeChat contact and I could ask her anything. Even I need to order some food from outside, she did her very best to guide me patiently. She was one of the best hotel staff of all that I’ve met before.
Room : 10/10 I took the suite room as I love balcony. The room is big enough and also the balcony is big. Look at my pictures where I can have nice scenery at their garden in the night time.
Food : their breakfast food is the best of the 3 hotels that I’ve stayed so far. Food is tasty and almost all the 西安小吃also have.
I will definitely come back again next time if I come to Xi’An.

Location is superb as it is near pagoda tower. Kids and parents love the place a lot, there’s ducks and peacocks roaming in the hotel garden. Rooms are clean and spacious. Highly recommended!

Located in downtown of Xi'an and walking distance to many spots. Courtyard is beautiful. However, traffic may get congested when cabbing to hotel.
