One of my favourite hotels in Xi’an, rooms are well equipped, large, clean however it’s extremely warm in the room due to the mandatory heating, and particularly uncomfortable. They even brought an AC unit to the room, and unlocked the window but it didn’t make a lot of difference. Breakfast and evening buffet were lovely with extensive options, hotel also gave voucher for free coffee/drink, which was lovely. Great mall next to hotel with lots of restaurants. Spa on the 7th floor is lovely, thoroughly enjoyed Thai massage. Gym and pool were good, although changing room hygiene could improve. Will stay again, but not when government heating it turned on.

A great hotel located conveniently on the subway line making the center of the city very accesible. Really great amenities, and the front desk staff was incredibly helpful with giving suggestions on local dining. Would definitely come back to it.

The hot water from the shower was so unstable and hot, myself and my young children had trouble showering in. I literally need to wash them from the basin water tap and can you imagine how bad that was?I think for hotel of this caliber is absolutely unacceptable. On our second night we complaint and the technician came to our room, tested the water etc and everything seemed to be normal. That is to say , the hot water has a big issue to be resolved.

Can't go wrong, and fairly affordable when compared to other countries. Place was very clean and good sized rooms. Service was excellent. I think during this period the whole of Xi'an doesn't allow integrated aircon to be used, The room stayed quite hot even when outside was cold so when mentioned they kindly brought a large fan to our room, just something to bear in mind when coming here before May. Great food at the restaurants and room service was delicious too.

Best hotel in the north area of Xi’an. All of the staff member we encountered are very friendly and attentive. My daughter left her stuffed animal in the hotel when we checked out. Molly immediately reached us after they found it in the room, and offered to mail it to us. Superb service, highly recommended!

The room is beautifully decorated, spacious, spotlessly clean and with fantastic amenities. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. There’s really almost nothing bad to say, apart from I felt the AC in the room wasn’t great, especially considering the standard of everything else. We never turned the AC off and it was set as low as it would go, despite this the room never got below 24°c, this was a manageable temperature for us but we would have preferred it cooler. If I were to really pick fault, I’d like to see hand soap and a hand towel in the toilet area, as well as the main bathroom, plus the HDMI wall connection didn’t work so I had to pull out the TV to connect to the HDMI port on the back; certainly both very small critiques.
