是黃金會員，兑換了一份早餐和延遲退房，到了前台卻説沒有，幾經周折，找了攜程客服聯繫後才處理好
房型很小，絲毫看不出是高級大床房，寸土寸金吧，衞生間小的可怕
安全措施比較好，現在都不能把外賣送到樓上
早餐:一言難盡，和平時的漢庭早餐相差太多，非常少

房間較小，大床房還沒有以前住的漢庭酒店的單人間大，然後我在消防圖看了一下，給我們開的房間是這層樓最小的一個房間。在攜程上面升房了，12點前到酒店，酒店告知沒有房間，可以升房，後面與攜程客服溝通後，酒店選擇給我們升房。處理事情的態度和速度可以。但是我還是想知道開始沒給我升房，和給我該層樓最小的一個房間的理由。感覺一般般，不差評，也不推薦。衞生還行，但是住的不稱心。

房間乾淨整潔，酒店用品齊全，衞生間是乾濕分離的，我覺得美中不足的是吹風機風力有點小。漢庭真的很好，有什麼需要跟酒店説，小機器人立馬就送來了所需物品（房間圖片忘拍，附三張西安美食～）

在高層上，窗户非常大，很舒服，遠景很美。水很熱，有暖氣片，還可以開空調，很舒適。距離地鐵站近，樓下有家肉夾饃噪子麪店很好吃，味道非常好。前台熱情，服務好。非常推薦。衞生服務好，住了好幾天，每天都有人打掃，換垃圾袋，換洗漱用品。非常滿意，非常推薦。

很温馨的小房間 午後有暖暖的太陽 還有適合學習的小桌子 非常滿意 前台的小姐姐服務態度很好～～一出門就有地鐵站和公交站 附近還有購物超市 盒馬鮮生 長樂公園 散步也很舒服 喜歡！

這家酒店的地理位置特別好 距離西京醫院很近 步行10分鐘左右就到了 一出門就是公交站牌 出門右拐就是地鐵三號線 去大雁塔這些景點非常方便 附近還有小吃街 都是西安特色的美食 前台小哥哥小姐姐服務也特別好 很熱情的介紹西安當地特色 非常推薦

前台服務員特別熱情，房間乾淨，還有個小機器人可以送外賣，有洗衣房，烘乾機，還是比較方便，而且免費提供洗衣液，酒店出行很方便，就在二環邊上，門口就是公交站牌，旁邊有地鐵3號線，去大雁塔逛很近，離市中心也不遠，永興坊也在附近，小吃特別多，吃東西還是很方便的，離交通大學，西京醫院都很近，想去商場逛可以去立豐國際，強烈推薦……
