民宿在巷子裏，老居民樓，位置很好，就在美食街裏面，很方便，性價比很高，房間很大，全都是陽面，一進門就是很足的陽光，採光非常棒！準備的物品很齊全，一大包抽紙很夠用，衣架十幾個，還有吊椅，房間很乾凈，衞生間挺小的，空調不太給力，有點老舊

離回民街很近 出門左手就是灑金橋 就是那個地方不太好找 而且感覺像是很舊很舊的樓 還有就是外賣員都找不到地方 每次要下樓去找
民宿裏面環境還不錯 很乾凈整潔 洗衣機冰箱等家電功能齊全 房東也不錯 空調滴水也立馬過來解決好了

房子本身沒多大問題，乾淨，位置好，性價比高，但是樓道沒有燈，舊房子沒有電梯，也沒有寄件服務。房東的服務有待改進，可以説沒啥服務，全部靠自助。沒有提前一天發入住提示，甚至忘記發入住密碼。搞的當天晚上八點才入住。反正一波三折才住上。

屋主衹此一房，自己的房子對外出租，無論住幾天，洗漱用品衹有一套，中間不會替換，而且牙刷質量很差；不能寄放行李，提前退房又想寄放行李的小夥伴不建議住在這裏。

起初定了酒店，後來無意刷到這個民宿，評價很好，立刻改了過來，費用真的性價比超級高。入住當天收到線路指引，本來有點害怕看起來是小巷，半夜飛機落地找過去不方便也不知道是否安全，結果一切順利，且第二天發現這是寶藏地，周邊連通着無數個小吃街，大皮院/灑金橋/回民街/小學習巷/西羊市等，多到數不清，反正就是怎麼轉角都是好吃街，每天都在感慨住這裏真好。室內環境跟圖片100%一致，唯一美中不足的是我們直到臨退房才找到電磁爐和熱水壺😂😂😂之後有入住的夥伴記得在廚房洗手枱對面的櫃子（長得很像窗台窗户）推開，裏面放着。另外雖然有洗衣機，但沒有洗衣粉，也需要自行準備，其他沒有啥了。整體還是超讚！！！謝謝房東
