The landlord’s aunt is very enthusiastic. For people who have never been to Xi’an, the aunt helped us to book tickets and save us a lot of things. The place for the performance tickets is also very good. Thank you very much, the landlord.

房東服務熱情，響應快，溝通順暢。房子位置好，在消防局背後，安靜，走到地鐵2號線和1號線都是幾分鐘，到回民街衹要走5分鐘。房間乾淨，和圖片一致，各種用具齊全，暖氣充足，住得舒服。

再出發前一天老闆電話説西安30號要停電一天，到晚上十二點才有電，讓我們臨時換房.對於我們來説晴天霹靂，而且就在出發前一天，我們都覺得很不靠譜，經過再三溝通 給我們換了另外一套房，跟之前不一樣，好在位置安靜不吵。老闆還給寄存箱子。環境衞生乾淨整潔，孩子們也喜歡，床品還可以，旅遊其實都差不多，不過多要求。老闆人挺好，有啥都幫忙解決，住着也安全。

我每個月都要來西安好幾次，一出差就在這家民宿住，住過好多次了，房間乾淨整潔，冰箱洗衣機呀什麼都有，廚房還能做飯，關鍵老闆人好，她家三套房我都住過，各有各的特色，主打就是舒服，密碼鎖也方便。
