There are many restaurants, shops and food stalls located near this hotel. The room was fairly big with a comfortable bed, nice shower and TV with on-demand movies. The room was cleaned every day and very discretely. We used the free washing machine and dryer in the basement, which was very convenient.
We specifically booked a non-smoking room, and when we felt the smokey smell when we entered the room we were very disappointed. The smell mostly went away when we have had the window open for a day or two. The room's soundproofing could also be better.
However, all in all, will most likely stay here if returning to Xi'an.

The ladies at the reception were super friendly. When I was checking in my booked room was not ready yet so the ladies upgraded my room. I wanted to order food but didn’t had a Chinese number and they gave me a hotel number I could use. When I had some trouble with my delivery the entire staff at the reception made sure I received all the possible help they could provide. I am thankful for their help, with check in and ordering take out.

The room was clean and big. Location was perfect for visiting the city, just a 10min walk to the drum tower.
The girl at the front desk helped us giving us recommendations of the city even though she didn't speak english.
The hotel has a washing machine on the basement.

Pros:
- very comfy bed. I got great sleep.
- staff were very helpful when I left my keycard inside my room
- It’s on a cool street with a few nice bars/cafes/dessert options, so a good place to end each day despite being a bit of a walk from many of the main attractions. (but it’s close to the South Gate which is nice).
- the shower plays funk music whenever you turn it on. It’s really charming.
Cons:
- location isn’t that close to public transport (about a 15 min walk to metro station)
- room was advertised on trip.com as ‘city view’, ‘non-smoking’, and ‘level 4-5’. It actually had no view, you could smell smoke periodically as neighbouring guests smoked, and it was on level 3.

Fine hotel. Room was very good. Automatic music when showering was a nice touch.

房間房型不錯，衞生服務都很好，工作人員都很耐心和愛心，住過好幾次了，有希岸的話還是願意優先選擇希岸酒店，大廳有旅遊服務社，楊姐很好，介紹仔細不強推，湘子廟，相聲新勢力都在附近，酒吧一條街，麪食一條街，都在附近。位置絕佳。
