房間安靜乾淨舒適 不吵鬧沒有異味在這家酒店住宿是一次極其舒適的體驗，設施齊全，服務人員熱情周到，讓我感受到了家的温暖。停車方便！

後面有停車場，自駕遊不錯的選擇，選擇好多酒店都沒有停車場，所以衹能放棄，西安馬路邊邊的停車位都是收費的，這是個不錯的選擇。房間乾淨，衞生，還配有一次性坐便套。空調也比較好，吹地下，不用直吹床，有的酒店空調總吹一個床。門口就有公交，飯店，出行方便。關鍵是三人間價格也不是太貴，這是重點。

非常差的體驗，在前台登記的時候好幾個工作人員在開會，衹有一個戴口罩的，定的房間沒窗户，剛進去還沒有什麼特別的感覺，開了空調換氣扇待了一會，房間的異味越來越大，於是出門轉了大概一個小時左右回去告知前台原因需要更換房間，本來一切順利，這時候酒店保安非常兇的告訴我房間沒味道，那是空氣清新劑的味，要求我要麼回到原來的房間，要麼自己退房走人（晚上十點了，衹能退按金，我一個女生上哪去重新開房間）然後前台又給我打電話説不能更換房間了，我就説那你要不給我換房間，要不給我退房，非給我説一個小時是20，説我的房費已經超了，退羣是不可能的，大晚上的讓我留宿街頭了嗎？花了錢還沒房間住，這叫什麼道理。然後前台給他們老闆打了電話説讓我補差價然後換房間，我到了新的房間一晚上都沒敢開空調，即使晚上房間非常冷，我都不敢開，這真的是我目前住過最差勁的酒店

攜程有房型免費升級功能我點了，然後我也明確告訴前台服務員了，結果就給了一個特別小的房間。環境用三個字形容“臟亂差”。空調開小風不出風，開大風又很吵。而且，房間竟然沒有免費的瓶裝水，第一次見。最最最重要的是，床單臟，打電話給前台，前台説找人來換，結果到我退房都沒人來問過。
