The hotel is well-maintained and the room was clean and nice. Mobile data worked very poorly in the room, or not at all. The window was fixed and didn’t face outside, it looked into the hallway inside the building.

Very nice hotel -- bright rooms, well-appointed, attention to detail. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. It was always a pleasure returning to the hotel at the end of a long day.
Convenient location -- next to shopping mall and subway, and just a short walk to the South gate of the city wall.
I highly recommend this hotel!

Very clean nice hotel hidden inside a department store. Friendly and helpful staff to assist guests. There is a food court in the basement which provides all kinds of cheap and nice local food, very convenient. Excellent location, a few min walk to the city wall. Will come back again in the future.

just perfect. It's just a short walk to the south gate and easy access to the bell and drum tower.
This home is located above Wangfujing shopping mall. Most rooms do not have windows that can look outside. Basically rooms are facing back of another room that is separated by a locked corridor.
Make sure you select the right room type when you do the booking.
Lift is at the back of the shopping building and it can be pretty crowded.
Water is hot and wrong. Totally loved it.
Also there is no lobby for this hotel. So, must prepare to carry your luggage a few stairs up.
This hotel also comes with washers and dryers where you can request the receptionist to wash it for you. They will come back with clothes folding nicely.
I am delighted with their customer service staff. Will definitely return again.
