酒店在王府井樓上，出地鐵口3分鐘可到，不出地鐵口也能到達，位置總體不錯，購物方便，到永寧門南廣場步行10分鐘左右。服務很好，送了水果和小禮物，現在酒店也是卷得很！大堂很有味道，房間與價格匹配。

酒店房間很精緻，很乾凈，典型的日式風格，雖然無窗，但是窗外設計都很用心，有燈有綠植有景觀，值得稱讚，就是酒店房間太多，可能不是太好找，其他都很好啦，退房還送了伴手禮，謝謝啦

每次出門選酒店都是一件超級費時費力的事情，第一次去西安，千挑萬選最後決定了這家酒店，位置優越，就在王府井樓上7樓，地鐵直達，步行去鐘鼓樓城牆，一開始還有點怕商業區晚上會不會太吵，後來發現擔心是多餘的，樓上非常安靜，前台妹妹們態度好，贈送的下午茶也不錯，早餐的品種也很豐富，酒店的裝修風格也很有特色，總的來講非常滿意自己選擇了這家，性價比槓槓的！超值享受！最後因為暴雨天氣沒有能徒步華山，有點遺憾，卻為再次入住這裏留下了伏筆。

位置相當好，在王府井百貨的7樓，地鐵直通，不用出地上，我來西安的那天40度高温，走的那天下大雨，所以特別能感受到方便之處。我住在酒店靠小區的那一邊，同樣房型這邊房間比臨街的房間小一些，但是不臨街所以很安靜，睡的特別舒服。酒店去哪兒都方便，永寧門近在咫尺，碑林書院門也很近。晚上樓下好幾個商場門口都有唱歌live，走走聽聽也是別樣體驗。還有一件事是這邊的快遞除了順豐京東之外是直接送到地下室停車場的菜鳥驛站，我最開始找不到位置是前台小姐姐讓同事上班的時候幫我代取然後給我送到房間的，很感謝！不過後續還有好幾個快遞我也沒好意思再麻煩，就自己去找了，如果有住客朋友有需要，可以從b1美食城的到道香安徽小炒前面的小巷子進去，經過一個值班室，繼續往前走，看到電梯房坐電梯到b3，從電梯房出來應該往前或者往右走一小段就能看到一大片快遞堆，那就是了。這次住了4天很滿意，下次來西安玩兒還會選擇這裏。
