A quaint hotel in an idyllic village. The room was a good size, well equipped, and I particularly liked the water machine on the wall. Fantastic customer service, although staff didn’t speak English, they were able to assist me. Icing on the cake was when they brought around a bowl of red bean soup and then came again to give moon cake and some jelly. A plate of fruit was also left in my room. Excellent location, right in the heart of the village. Only negatives are they don’t have knives and forks available during breakfast and the hot spring pools were quite small. However, overall it’s a fantastic boutique style hotel.

The room is OK, but the service is very bad. When entering the hotel, you need to take a tour bus to enter. When you called to make a reservation, you were not informed because the hotel is in a scenic area. When we arrived and didn't know where to go, we called and asked, and we were told to wait in the parking lot and a car would come to pick us up. The next day I asked the housekeeper if I could delay check-out. I asked at 10 o'clock and didn't reply to me until 11:30, and there was no clear reply. There was no clear reply until I checked out.
