What fantastic and kind staff they have at this hotel! They were attentive and helpful with all of our queries/requests and made our stay particularly enjoyable. Breakfast each morning was delicious with a great selection. Perfect location close to Dachaishi metro station, allowing us to visit all of the key Xi’an sightseeing spots very easily. We will definitely be staying at Metropolo again in the future.

Great location, walking distance from Metro station. Delicious breakfast. Service was good and staff were helpful. Definitely recommend if visiting Xi’An.

Located at convenient location in Xi’an, about 300m away from 大差市Metro on Line 4. There is self service washing machine for guests and we were delightedly that staff helped to keep our laundry after drying.
Breakfast is good with choices of both western and local spreads.
Perfect locations to access to nearby attractions and convenience shops

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and had all the modern amenities we needed. I especially loved the attention to detail, from the luxurious bedding to the thoughtful welcome treats. The location was perfect—close to major attractions, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. And we got Chinese tea as a gift at the end of our stay.Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an exceptional experience!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Always ready to help when asked. There’s a convenience store nearby where you can get snacks and food to go. It’s just a 5 to 8 mins walk to the subway station.

Extremely good experience staying in this hotel. There was a minor problem with our room’s drainage system, the hotel staff attended to it immediately. To my surprise on the day when we checked out, they even gave me a hand cream as an apology.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel! The location was so convenient to get to all the major tourist spots, and the room amenities were wonderful! Everyone who worked here was so friendly and kind, and I could not recommend this hotel more! My Chinese is also a bit rusty, but had no trouble here at all — would totally stay here again if I come back to Xi’an!
