Vienna International Hotel (Xi'an Bell and Drum Tower Ximen Airport Bus)

As a member of Vienna, this is the first time I have experienced such a situation. It is a personal experience. If you think it doesn’t matter, you can skip it. I am sharing it for reference only! I booked 3 days and 2 nights at a time. I arrived late on the first night and checked in. After checking in, I immediately turned on the electrical appliances and lights (including the air conditioner). During this period, the air conditioner was not cold enough. I thought it was not turned down to the lowest level or that it was not cold for a long time, so I turned it down. Minimum temperature waiting! It took almost 3 hours of bathing, eating, etc., and it was still not cold. I adjusted it to the lowest temperature, but the controller showed no response when it stayed at 27 degrees. The fan in the room could be heard operating! I reported this situation to the front desk and sent someone up to tell me that he felt the cooling was good. I told the data and told the front desk that I could change to the same room, but in the end the situation in the other room was the same and I didn't change it! In the end, the front desk gave me a fan that night and had to solve the problem! The temperature in Xi'an that night was 28 degrees! When I came back from a night out the next day, I asked if the air conditioner had been repaired. The front desk reported that it had been repaired. When I returned to the room, I adjusted the temperature to the lowest setting. The controller showed 23 degrees, which was a decrease, but it could no longer be adjusted downward! The next morning, as the weather in Xi'an dropped, the room air conditioner display panel showed 27 degrees, even after adjusting to the lowest temperature, it still remained unchanged! To sum up, what I want to say is that according to speculation (due to the consistent situation of air conditioning in different rooms), this Vienna is a real central air conditioner! The control display panel in the room is just a decoration and can only be turned on and off, but the real control is in the background. No matter how we adjust it to the lowest level, it will not change! The background was adjusted to 27 degrees, which is 27 degrees. Later, due to my continuous feedback, it was adjusted back to 23 degrees the next day. However, on the third day, the temperature in Xi'an did drop, and the background was adjusted back to 27 degrees! Of course, this is just my speculation! However, the overall experience is really unpleasant! Originally, I should have the authority to use the air conditioner and be as cool as I want. This varies from person to person, but as a result, I was using it passively. The air-conditioned room turned into a fan room overnight, but the price remained the same! Although the customer service apologized by sending fruits and drinking water, and the temperature was lowered the next day, I thought it was really fixed, but at that time it only stayed at 23 degrees, which I thought was strange! Originally, I thought I would just let it go, but on the morning of the third day, it immediately returned to 27 degrees, and I suddenly realized it! I feel that with this kind of method, there is really no other owner of this store! All I can say is, you can’t afford it, leave the show as soon as possible, don’t embarrass yourself! Please also pay attention to Ctrip and Vienna! Real situation, don’t comment if you don’t like it!

The hotel has an excellent location and convenient transportation. The large shopping mall Kaiyuan Mall is at the door. The surrounding environment is beautiful and quiet. Whether traveling or leisure, you can feel great convenience. The room is spacious and bright, the decoration style is simple yet fashionable, the bedding is clean and tidy, and the front desk and room service are both commendable

There was no electricity in that room, and when I turned off the lights, there was a light above my head flashing on and off. It was not a good experience at all.

The hotel room is very clean and large, the bed is spacious and comfortable, the service provided by Zhou Xiling at the front desk is also very enthusiastic, and the price is quite reasonable.

The room is clean, the location is good, and the service staff is very professional.

There is no parking space and you have to find it by yourself. The breakfast is average and the price is much worse than Hilton.
