Had an amazing stay at Ramada, staff were extremely friendly ♥️, price is unbeatable, location is JUST PERFECT! Thank you ao much manager Yang and everyone at the hotel who made our stay a memorable one. ♥️♥️♥️

Ok stay for 3 nights. Had a windowless room which was fine, clean and comfortable, little bit tired and dark, however they were refurbishing rooms on my floor, so I guess mine will be done soon. Could have done with a fridge. The Free laundry facilities were handy. The Bell Tower and Metro are about 0.5 Km away. Plenty of places to eat around there.

Very helpful staff especially Ms. Betty Wang. Helping to extend checked out time. She very friendly. Over all everything are very good. I wil rated this hotel 10/10. Location is so convenient to Drum And Bell Tower. Walking distance to Humin jie. Will stay in this hotel again. Strongly recommended.

This is truly a terrible hotel... one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at... This is supposed to be a RAMADA HOTEL 4* but let me tell you this is nothing but a low 3* hotel... staff are unhelpful, not understanding and are ready and waiting to charge you for everything from poor room choices to not giving enough information about things included in our package.
THEY EVEN BROKE MY SUITCASE AND DID NOTHING TO RESOLVE THE MATTER!!!! NOTHING!!!
THIS IS THE KIND OF HOTEL THAT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!! How they are a 4* is a joke!!!
NO ONE SHOULD BOOK THIS PLACE OR STAY HERE EVER!!!!

The hotel was very clean and had everything we needed. Momo meng was very helpful when I lost my passport and helped me locate the taxi driver where I left it. The staff are very kind and polite and will help you with anything you need
