我訂的精緻單人間，前台小姐姐免費幫我升級了雙床房，住着十分舒適，朝陽的，有陽光照進來很安逸，洗的衣服乾的快。每天阿姨都會打掃，換洗漱用品，礦泉水，一次性拖鞋等。住着心情很好，於是我又續住了兩天。

住的還是很舒服的，我們原定的房電路壞了，免費給我們升級到大房間了，離酒店200米就是鐘樓，出了酒店右拐就是一條美食街，位置非常好！而且網紅舒芙蕾店就開酒店對面二三十米！半夜12點不用排隊就能買到舒芙蕾可以打卡拍照！地下也有停車位，要搜尋！！（嘉禾商務酒店地下停車場內部專用）！！酒店地址是很好的，去哪裡直接坐地鐵就可以了！這條街靠近地鐵口的魷魚很好吃！還有很好吃的榴蓮芝士餅！推薦入住！.

該店距地鐵口較近，附近有鐘鼓樓，西安牆城、回民街等眾多景點，出入方便，酒店的衞生不錯，服務態度良好。

房間大，一家人住挺好的，距離鐘鼓樓都不太遠。夜間樓下解放市場特別熱鬧，到凌晨1點左右能安靜一些，住宿建議自備耳塞。

開車的朋友需要導航到酒店停車場，導航到酒店是沒有用的，接電話的小姐姐態度有些不耐煩的樣子，可能是西安人多，太忙了吧，離鐘樓真的很近，樓下就是小吃一條街，位置很好，出門很方便👍酒店房間很大，衞生乾淨整潔，就是枕頭有點硬，不是很舒服
