Clean and nice hotel. The front desk was kind and service was good. The room was cleaned every day, the room size wasn't too cramped either. The time we went was very hot, but for some reason about the government or something meant we couldn't use the aircon! However they provided tower fans for us and the rooms didn't heat up very much either. Very happy about the trip!

Great hotel! Very friendly service. Everyone wants you to feel welcome. Best part is the swimming pool. Great temperature and wonderful hot showers. Excellent breakfast too. Gym was ok. I used the treadmill but the other equipment was out of order and the attendant didnt seem keen on fixing it. Sauna also out of order. But Id definitely stay again.

The hotel was very clean. There was an interesting restaurant that we didn't experience, but we will give it a shot next time. The staff was very helpful and professionnal.

Facilities: the room is a bit old, not modern decoration style.
Hygiene: very clean.
Setting: .in the downtown and very convenient
Service: very good, the lobby provide free drinks, and manager Wang is very nice.

This is a fantastic hotel. Located in the center of Xi'an, close to the Bell Tower and many shopping malls and places to eat. The hotel is amazing, modern and with details of a luxury hotel. We stayed in a family room, comfortable, clean and spacious. Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Highly recommended.

Didn’t have opportunities to dining in at the hotel itself, since there are so many local food choices, but can definitely say that their customer services are among the top notches. Smooth check-in/out, free laundry amenities, conveniently located in the heart of Xi’an (Bell Tower area), which makes it easy to reach pretty much everywhere in and around Xi’an. Really appreciated Ningning’s help towards our laundry need! Believe me, laundry is equally an important part of our journey during our stay in China, since we were traveling during the summer time. Overall, it is a good lodging venue!
