The reception staff were efficient and dealt with each queries politely. They supported each other in helping to provide an answer to all my numerous queries and make my stay pleasant and uneventful.
Even house keeping responded very fast to several room request.

The hotel is very close to Xi'an North Railway Station. There is a free pick-up service, which takes about 10 minutes by car. Reservations are required in advance. There are KFC, convenience stores, etc. nearby, which is quite convenient. The room is fully equipped with smart toilets and a large shower head. This time I traveled with my children, and it was quite good to be able to put the beds together. If I visit Xi'an next time, I will consider staying again.

I booked this Mercure Hotel for a training in Xi'an, which is a long way from the conference venue. I stayed at the Shaanxi History Museum before I came to Xi'an, so I had a good impression of the Mercure Hotel. It is an economical hotel with good service. You can also do self-service laundry. The room is quite large and clean. Because I don't need a lot of supplies when I live by myself, but the room attendant will fill enough supplies every day, unlike some hotels, which will not replenish them if you don't use them up.
