Convenient location, clean room with helpful staff. 无名is the staff at the front desk who is always friendly attend to our questions and needs. Highly appreciated his assistance.
The hotel serves many varieties of food during bfast, we enjoyed it while we are staying in.
The hotel desk also has a tourist desk that organised local tour at reasonable prices. It's a pleasant experience staying here at Atour S Wu hotel. Highly recommend to friends.

Staff were extremely friendly, always did their best to help despite my lack of Chinese. Location pretty good. The only negative was being woken by work going on outside around 3am. We were on the 5th floor and it was pretty loud. Everything was very clean and the restaurant had many good choices at a reasonable price.

The hotel is in a good location. Xiao Su at the front desk is very friendly. The room is very soundproof and quiet. The bedding is very comfortable. The TV is very smooth and the picture quality is clear. The air-conditioning temperature is very good and moderate. The water pressure of the bathroom shower is just right. It is very comfortable. The room smells fresh. The bedding is very clean. The roots of the towels are clean. The room facilities are complete and new. The lobby is very grand. There are many books in Zhuju. You can drink tea and read books. 📖, highly recommended

It took a long time to choose a hotel for my trip to Xi'an this month. After comprehensive consideration, I finally decided to stay at the Atour S Wu Hotel in the Bell Tower, which is not far from the landmark building Bell Tower.
The front desk took the initiative to help us upgrade the room type on the night of check-in. Thank you very much~ The follow-up service was also in place. The staff greeted us as soon as they met. The room was very comfortable and the sleep quality was very high.
Although there were some problems with the facilities, they were able to communicate and handle them in a timely manner, and gave our guests a small compensation, which was very thoughtful. Check-out was also a polite farewell and a small gift🎁.
If nothing unexpected happens, I will return to this warm and familiar "nest" next time I come to Xi'an🩷
