服務：來到西安入住的第一家酒店，一進門禮賓部和辦理入住的姐姐服務特別好妥妥的五星級標準，玩累了回來給我們倒了當地的茯茶，禮賓部穿西裝的小哥也十分nice，因為我們十分喜歡酒店擺設的唐妞讓他幫忙問在哪可以買的，當天就幫我們問到了。但晚些時候再去前台遇到幾位比較年輕的小姐姐服務就比較冷冰冰了。
位置：酒店就在大唐芙蓉園裡，住店客人可以憑房卡免費進入芙蓉園。對於要在芙蓉園遊玩拍照的可以説再方便不過了。酒店一出去走幾步就是拍照十分出片的長廊，用完晚餐去芙蓉園裡散步全都是攝影師和穿着漢服的小姑娘們在拍照，宛如進了劇組一般十分有趣。如果想去不夜城走路也就20多分鐘，穿過芙蓉園從西門出很快就能到繁華的不夜城和大雁塔。
環境：這個季節的芙蓉園太美了，櫻花，梨花，桃花競相開放，酒店通往芙蓉園的路上種的桃花和櫻花開得超級美！我住的房間是看園林的，景觀還是不錯。
房間：房間不大但是佈局十分合理，裝修也很舒服。配有芙絲水，配備的東西品質都是蠻不錯的。唯一就是房務部負責我們房間的大姐服務態度比較冷淡。我們入住的第二天抽紙用完了但是還沒有打掃房間，看到大姐在隔壁打掃就去問她拿抽紙，大姐很不情願地給了説有規定一個房間一天衹能配一包。
用餐：每晚會有晚安甜品！早餐品種不算太多但是該有的都有做得也比較驚喜，煎蛋檔口的師傅人特別好，服務細心，麪檔口的阿姨也特別好！早餐廳靠窗位置視野超級超級好！中餐廳的包間景色也是一流邊吃飯邊看落櫻繽紛但是服務就很一般了，希望提高。
服務方面還是有待加強，比較參差不齊，好的好差的差。

因為疫情沒有回老家，在攜程上對比了很久，選擇了芳林苑酒店，獲得了完美的住宿體驗。
首先，因為疫情春節的入住率大打折扣，在我入住前一天管家電話告知將我訂的豪華標間升級成了湖景套間，我當時喜出望外，並詢問能不能延遲退房，管家也給予了肯定答覆。
其次，來到酒店以後，從每一位服務人員那裡都得到了100分服務，客房的、餐廳的，沒有因為是年三十還在服務賓客而顯現出一點懈怠，還貼心的準備了女生用品小禮包，非常實用，很暖心。
再來説説酒店環境。2021年8月重新裝修完工，裏面已經聞不到任何裝修氣味，古樸典雅的裝修風格，很安靜。硬件都是新的，戴森吹風機、膠囊咖啡機~~有種家的温暖😀
最後説一下優越的地理位置，進出大唐芙蓉園就從酒店後門，去芙蓉新天地逛逛也是極其便利，離大雁塔、大唐不夜城的距離是2.4公里，芙蓉園門口有地鐵站。
除了住宿，酒店餐飲也是亮點，粵菜主打，口味正宗，菜品精良，春節期間早餐送到房間，也一樣品種豐富。
這次住宿選擇芳林苑，是假期放鬆最正確的選擇，美好的體驗，也為再次入住留下一個美好的願想。

出奇的驚艷！酒店服務和硬件設施超五星。到門口服務員主動搬運行李。大堂辦理手續等待時品薑茶和點心的時候，前台就把手續和芙蓉園的門票辦好了。非常感動的是因偏愛樓層高德房間，酒店一位經理樓上樓下帶我跑了三種類型的房間才挑選到中意的房間1206。房間外景無敵。可以看見大雁塔和紫雲樓。晚上觀看芙蓉園夜景演出，棒極了！酒店硬件設施件件名牌，歡迎水果是酸奶和精緻的點心。早起最為舒適的是看着窗外的美景，品嚐送到房間美味早餐，最主要的早餐的餐具都是精挑細選的。離店時酒店經理親自送，感動，贊👍

園林酒店，非常棒，入住酒店，有小哥哥服務員幫忙拿行李到房間，服務態度很好.有禮貌，房間最高二樓，門口就有一棵白色漂亮的櫻花樹，美美噠，早餐非常好，有一道小門隨時可以進芙蓉園散步，非常漂亮的芙蓉園，剛好遇見大元潮燈展，晚上的夜景靚爆，非常愉快的一次旅行。
