從進門到離店服務員服務很温暖，行李員主動幫忙搬箱子，客房服務隨叫隨到，晚上想要個枕頭，幾分鐘就送來了。窗外view絕美，白天看車水馬龍，夜晚賞城市夜景。大廳的飲品免費，還貼心準備了各種口味小糖果。最驚喜的是洗衣房，設有烘乾機，器材新又全，滿足商務及家庭所需。地理位置絕了，走路幾分鐘就到鼓樓，鐘樓近在咫尺，早餐品種豐富，滿足了一家人的需求，很棒的一次旅行[強]

入住體驗超棒！酒店就在鐘樓旁，推開窗就能看到標誌性建築，夜景美到窒息！步行幾分鐘就能到地鐵口，去回民街、鼓樓都超方便。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，隔音效果也很好。前台服務真的很贊熱情周到，還貼心推薦了周邊美食，下次來西安還住這兒！

Lovely service at Rongmin International. Our concierge could also speak English and was a great help to us during our stay. Hotel is located conveniently across Muslim Quarter for great food.

A hotel with decent service and location Particularly Jessica, the staff was helpful, kind, and attentive. The air conditioner was turned off because it was getting colder (we were there in early October), which was the only drawback.
