We came to Xi'an with our children. The front desk guy saw our family of three and took the initiative to help us upgrade the room type, free of charge. He said that the upgraded room is large and spacious, and the children will not be bumped when running back and forth. It is really super caring and careful [love] During the stay, I fully felt the enthusiasm of all the staff of this hotel! There are also cats and rabbits in the store. Our children love them so much that they can't move every time they pass by the front desk. It is really a hotel worth coming back!
