First impressions were very positive.
We ate dinner in the hotel, and the staff were fantastic. Couldn't do enough to make our experience wonderful.
Check out wasn't as smooth, but issues were resolved, and we were able to leave.

1、酒店造型獨特，大堂比較敞亮，房間很寬敞
2、前台服務不錯，會主動問有無自駕錄車牌，還給小孩贈送了零食，心意暖暖
3、有地下停車場，停車方便，就是入口有點不太清晰，第一次開車過來還找了一下
4、挨着北城門，離鐘樓、回民街都不遠，步行10多分鐘就到了，也有地鐵口方便
5、時隔8年和家人重遊西安，感覺沒有以前好了，大唐不夜城沒有之前出差時看的吸引人了，沒有表演，中間攔着非要讓人走完才能調頭，大雁塔也封起來不能靠近，一個噴水廣場也能搞得像很稀罕的，再吐槽一下西安的車真是一點都不友好，網紅旅遊城市也就這樣了

Отличный большой современный отель в старом городе. До северных ворот пара минут пешком, до колокольной башни - 15 минут пешком. Уборка ежедневная, чай, вода - в номере. До метро минут 7 неспешным шагом.

酒店挺不錯的，就在北門旁邊，出門就是城牆和環城公園，距離回民街和蓮湖公園都比較近。酒店很有氣勢，佈置的也很温馨。

這家酒店我非常滿意，理由如下：
1、風格簡約，房間寬敞，衞生很好，雖然設施比較陳舊，但有很多貼心的小細節，還送了歡迎小果盤，洗漱用品也不錯，還有一個大大的浴缸。
2、地理位置好，交通方便，距離鐘樓和地鐵站都近。隔音不錯，睡覺很舒適。
3、因為最近降温，又停暖了，房間冷得不敢洗澡。詢問了前台工作人員，得到的回覆是沒有辦法，但是很快又致電説可以給我換樓層比較高的房間。雖然也冷，但或許能好一點。雖然我沒有換，但是對她們的服務態度非常滿意。希望日後可以採購暖風機或者電暖器，以備不時之需。

設施：房間還不錯，空調響聲略大。
衞生：衞生打掃的可以，保潔阿姨非常不錯，需要什麼東西都能立刻送來。
服務：第二天想要午休所以就用積分延遲退房到兩點鐘，結果1點40就開始打電話問什麼時候退房，好像挺急的…
入住體驗一般，導致心情挺差勁，關鍵是這個打電話要求提前退房就挺離譜的，我不太理解😅
沒拍房間，隨手拍個咖啡廳混積分，也不知道為什麼咖啡廳裏面酒水單連杯咖啡都點不到
