We had a really bad experience staying here. First, the hotel was not located on the main road like other hotels, but in a residential apartment. There were no instructions sent beforehand, so it was challenging for foreigners like us to figure out where it was. Second, the number provided wasn't on Wechat, so we couldn't communicate before arrival. When we arrived at midnight after a tiring long train, we were super confused and didn't know how to check in. We finally found a staff, but then he told me he didn't find our reservation?! So we had to sit in a small, non-AC room on a hot summer day, waiting for him to resolve the issue with Trip.com. After half an hour or so, he decided to give us a room to stay temporarily but in a different building. The room was old and outdated, the beds were hard to sleep in, and the bathroom was filthy. During the whole process, he didn't show any sympathy or good customer service, even though the fault was on his system. Overall, we were so disappointed and did not recommend staying here at all.

I booked this hotel when I came to Xi'an this time. Overall, I was not disappointed. The room is open from north to south, spacious and bright, with excellent lighting. Sitting by the window, you can overlook the Jiaotong University campus. You can walk to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Jinshu Business Hotel is located on the 10th floor of Block C, Hongfu Jiahui Plaza. Since its front desk is also on the 10th floor, it is not easy to find it. But there is an easy way to make it easier to find by calling the hotel directly. The hotel gave me the feeling that the room was large, the sofa was extra large, and the equipment was complete. It feels really good to sit on the cradle and rock it when you have free time. The hotel is located in the center of Xi'an, with convenient transportation links in all directions, making it convenient to go anywhere. For some unknown reason, the boss upgraded my room. The original two beds of 1.2 meters were changed into two beds of over 1.5 meters. I would like to express my gratitude.
