我總共訂了三間，訂的是兩間大床房、一間標間，
一晚上合計給我們換了好多次房間：標間換了三間，從三樓換到四樓，從四樓換到五樓，因為每間空調都打不開，房子裏很冷，換到第三間空調合適了，行吧；其中一間大床房剛開始在七樓，樓頂不知道什麼設備，一直嗡嗡嗡的很吵、特別吵的那種，然後換到五樓一個標間，空調不制熱，前台小哥上來也開了半天開不了，又給我換到五樓另一個標間裏，然後小哥弄了半天空調還是有問題，跟我説再沒辦法了，然後我就這麼住下了，空調不制熱，房間很冷。
還有，第二天早上起來洗漱，我找梳子，拉開鏡櫃，，裡頭塞了半鏡櫃襪子，，那味兒直接讓人作嘔，真噁心啊，，真隔應人啊，，在五樓找了下服務員沒找到，然後我就着急出去了，前台剛好沒人，我回來的時候前台有幾個人在辦入住，我準備等這幾個人辦完給前台説呢，等了下辦的有些慢，我就上去了，然後打電話給前台説讓人上來一趟也沒直説的，服務員上來就收走了態度也很好，一直在感謝，但這麼多臭襪子的事很讓人難受啊
