Xi'an Dequan Hotel

The room wasn't very spacious, the decor was dated, and the bathroom was incredibly cramped. The sink was tiny, making it inconvenient for women with lots of makeup. The toilet was right next to the bathtub, leaving almost no space. There was no separate shower, so you had to stand in the tub to shower, which was inconvenient and unhygienic. The bathtub could have been removed entirely, as no one uses bathtubs in five-star hotels these days! But the room was spacious, and the amenities seemed complete. Smaller hotels probably don't need them! I especially had to complain about not being able to use a hair dryer at the sink, so I had to use a razor. 😥 However, the kitchenette, complete with pots and pans, and the microwave were a plus, which I actually used. There was also a refrigerator, safe, and iron. That was pretty good. Like it👍

The management is as poor as ever, 1. The electricity tripped and the lights could not be turned off in the middle of the night. The management informed the engineering department that they would not be working until the next day. At around 1 o'clock in the middle of the night, they said they could change rooms. Then after complaining through Ctrip, the engineering department staff came 10 minutes later and did nothing. 2 There was a long hair on the bath towel. After using it, I realized that I was in a hurry to go out and didn’t take any pictures.
