房間也乾淨，也給小朋友準備了拖鞋和小童牙刷，有房間就幫忙提前辦了入住，給升級了房型，孩子去酒店後面的滑滑梯玩了會兒，隔岸可以看到後海觀賞平台門口，晚上睡前有看到煙花，門口也有自行車可以饒河邊騎行，總體挺滿意了

出差這些年，一直希爾頓系列。時常特懷念最早的商務酒店系列。標配為：全系列地毯，實木傢俱。這不，正好遇到了 錦江國際酒店。雄壯的大堂，超大房間，落地全景玻璃，開窗可見，灞河，河水滾滾，夜晚江景迷人。河上游輪穿梭。一派迷人的景色。此酒店可謂集灞橋區之 天時地利人和啦。

房間寬敞明亮，被褥舒適，服務熱情。周邊環境特別好，是休閑度假首選之地。酒店還有自行車租借，沿江邊騎行不亦樂乎！前台成雅茹 雷靜 姚博服務熱情周到。以後來西安旅遊還會選擇這裏。

設施：很齊全（恆温泳池，健身房，房間裏的大浴缸很棒，水温熱很到位）
服務：房間裏乾淨整潔，被褥清洗的很乾凈，像新的一樣，各種洗漱用品和生活用品都擺放的井然有序，很舒服很温馨。酒店前台大氣，前台方子怡美女小姐姐非常陽光熱情，服務很周到，考慮周全。早餐很豐富，種類很多，味道不錯。江景很美好，可以在酒店門口免費申領自行車，在江邊散散步曬曬太陽，很愜意。

非常合格的度假、會議酒店，會再來。
環境：多年前凱賓斯基的硬件，美式酒店的空間感和設計特點，置身其中室內、園林都很舒服。尤其值得點讚的事湖景。
衞生：房間、餐廳、公區、園林衞生都是放心的。
服務：入住前有備註房間要求，安排的很合理。前台小姐姐很貼心，點名表揚方子怡，耐心周到。禮賓的小姐姐也非常友好的記得我們的要求，五星級的服務到位的。
淮海路雙人套餐：總體不錯的淮揚菜，美中不足的是當天的鱸魚大抵是六兩左右，成品上桌巴掌大，做為雙人餐的魚小了。加點了響油鱔糊，還不錯。
總體，值得安利的好酒店，度假、親子、商務，都適合。

酒店位置好，酒店大堂非常乾淨，古風裝修很棒，是我喜歡的風格，附近繁華出行方便，枕頭都很舒適住在這裏感覺睡眠質量都好了，衞生very乾淨，客房用品齊全，毛巾被子也都很乾凈，住着很安心，網速快，大廳還有輕音樂，大堂吧張秀小姐姐服務熱情，禮賓小帥哥服務周到，前台經理姚博免費升級房型，服務太好了也很熱情。強烈推薦
