We had a pleasant experience. Check-in was fast and professional, staff spoke English well and we enjoyed our stay in the hotel. All we’d need would be a bigger bathtub.

It is a bit disappointing to choose this hotel for my trip. The staff in front desk didn’t provide good customer services. No welcome no smile from them while checking in. I think the hotel management should provide more training for them.
Some of the area in the toilet is a bit old.

The main disappoin**ent of this hotel was in inability of the staff at the reception desk speak English. If you come to the hotel after 9PM it’s better for you to think what will you eat, because there is no any restaurant in the hotel or any reliable food courts/cafes where you can enjoy your late dinner.

The room was fine. The location is however about 10 minutes by car from the more central part of the city therefore you won't find anything interesting to do or eat closeby especially at nights.

This is the n+2th time I stayed at the hotel. The service was very professional and warm. The overall quietness was great. The front desk staff were very dedicated. I especially remember a lady named Liang Jie (I think that was her name) who helped me. Thank you very much. The coffee in the lobby bar was very cheap, an Americano was only 28.x yuan. I also got help from several staff members when I printed documents urgently. I will consider staying at Jinyuan again next time.
