We had a pleasant experience. Check-in was fast and professional, staff spoke English well and we enjoyed our stay in the hotel. All we’d need would be a bigger bathtub.

It is a bit disappointing to choose this hotel for my trip. The staff in front desk didn’t provide good customer services. No welcome no smile from them while checking in. I think the hotel management should provide more training for them.
Some of the area in the toilet is a bit old.

The main disappointment of this hotel was in inability of the staff at the reception desk speak English. If you come to the hotel after 9PM it’s better for you to think what will you eat, because there is no any restaurant in the hotel or any reliable food courts/cafes where you can enjoy your late dinner.

The room was fine. The location is however about 10 minutes by car from the more central part of the city therefore you won't find anything interesting to do or eat closeby especially at nights.

The location is easy to find, and it is also convenient to take a taxi. For self-driving tours, there is a self-provided parking lot and the service is warm. I brought my child to Xi'an for the first stop in the northwest during the New Year. I was also upgraded to a suite for free and stayed for two consecutive days. It was clean, hygienic and quiet. The hotel has star-level service and is high-end. It is also very convenient to eat in the restaurant downstairs. There are popular foods and local Xi'an cuisine. The waiter saw that there were children with him and gave souvenirs, including panda toys and snacks.

I have been to Xi'an many times. This stay is the best and most satisfying one. Old five-star hotel. Clean and quiet. The shower water is very big. There is a subway at the door.
