The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, getting me tickets last minute to the ‘Song of Everlasting Sorrow’ (which was a highlight). They worked hard to help me, despite my terrible Chinese making it difficult. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I think I was upgraded - the room was very spacious. There’s a cool, funky cafe next door, along with a small bakery, convenience store & Starbucks. There’s two subway/metro stops in walking distance, which was very convenient. I’d stay again.

I was very impressed with the service they provided. I was so happy that I rebooked again They continually tried to accommodate all my needs and made my stay very comfortable. Breakfast was great with many choices including some western choices I would recommend

正月來西安旅遊，就被前台催了2次，好説歹説晚一小時退房補30差價，意味着要在車站坐5小時。做為旅遊城市相比長沙酒店真的有待提高，長沙會為旅遊的人考慮可以晚幾小時沒關係。體驗感瞬間下降。

這家店位置很好，停車也方便，就是環境太差，太陳舊，衞生也沒有搞好，頭髮四處可見，蚊子🦟多，住了一晚上，入睡了三個小時，被蚊子欺負的呀，為了發泄，半夜起來花了一個小時把蚊子全都給幹掉了，好地方，建議儘快從新裝修，我們會繼續入住，祝生意興隆！
