I enjoyed my stay but it was not really what I expected. The Hilton Hotel is known for its top class service but I did not experience that level of service. The furniture needs an upgrade and not all the facilities worked. At the office desk where I did my work, the USB charging point did not work. The carpet on the otherhand smelled damp especially when I walked into the room. The hair conditioner bottle was empty when I wanted to use it. Unfortunately, I only discovered this once I have already shampooed my hair so there was no turning back. The rooms are are in great need of repainting. At one point I was considering upgrading to the executive room because I book these type of hotels for the high level of service from the staff and the 5-Star facilities. I have membership with the Hyatt Hotel but wanted something different for my few days break. At the Hyatt, they even bring you your first cup of coffee as soon as you arrive at breakfast and will keep on checking on you. This is what I call service. Some months ago I stayed in the Hilton in Suzhou and it was amazing. Their breakfast was top notch and beautifully presented. Having said that, my stay at the Hilton High Tech Zone was pleasant, but I will need convincing to stay there again. The hotel is a bit isolated but a 10min drive to one of the high end malls. Thank you to everyone who offered assistance when I needed it. Unfortunately, I did not take photos of the problems but I uploaded pictures of the beautiful hotel which needs some TLC in the bedrooms or some of the bedrooms like mine.

This hotel overall is quite good, staff is helpful and friendly, is nice place to stay, but regarding the facilities, due to swimming pool can open to public paid for entrance not only hotel guests, I have happened unhappy thing on it, a Oldman is not hotel guest should be paid for entrance, when I play with my children in pool , he suddenly come and said the lane is not for playing, pls go beside lane, on the begin I didn’t realise have this issue rules, then we move beside lane, after that i double confirm with staff in hotel, didn’t have this kind rules. I was quite unhappy with that.

The hotel is located in the core area of ​​the Hi-Tech Zone, with the Tang City Wall Ruins Park at the door. It is lush and green. Below the Tang City Wall Ruins Park is the newly built Metro Line 8, which is expected to be completed and opened to traffic at the end of 2024. The nearest subway station exit is about 200 meters away from the hotel. It is also very convenient to go to Qujiang Datang City that Never Sleeps from the hotel. It takes about half an hour by car. There is a business district not far to the west of the hotel. The hotel is clean and tidy. After all, it is an international brand, and it is reassuring to eat and stay.

The hotel has a good environment and complete facilities. The front desk staff Vicky Wang, Sunny Lu, and Irise Wang provide warm and thoughtful service. The experience is very good. It is a good choice for business trips and travel. I recommend it.

The room feels pretty good, the overall space is well utilized, the hygiene is very good, and it is very fresh. It is very close to the subway entrance. I went to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda on the way, which is quite convenient.

The surrounding environment is very good. I stayed there for a few days. Because I usually have the habit of running, there is a park with a full plastic track next to the hotel. It was a surprise that I got up early to run, and I could catch up with breakfast after taking a shower. It was quite good. Although the facilities are not new enough, the service is still good!
