房間佈置及服務滿意，入住了5晚，需要增加什麼洗漱用品，需同服務員説，坐電梯體驗感很差，總共4台電梯，其中壞了1台。其他3台電梯每次乘坐需等待很長時間，有一台到6樓左右衹要開了門不管有沒有上下人都會有人沒超載的響聲，而且沒空調或風扇，等電梯很惱火。請本棟樓的管理人員督促維修。

通化門地鐵站A口出來就能看到酒店，下樓坐地鐵特別方便。房間打掃得乾乾淨淨，工作人員態度也很親切，住得特別舒心。價格實惠，周邊有醫院和商場，不管看病還是逛街都能很快走到，真的挺不錯！

每次出行都都住斯維登，通化門 A 口出了地鐵，直接上樓就到，標間也比較方便，輪椅進出毫無壓力。服務也很周到，前台也很熱情。有預留要求，提前和酒店溝通，很不錯哦！

真的挺垃圾的，電梯人太多，擠半天擠不上去，房間床單被套都是臟的，還好拿了一次性床單被套、以後再也不會來了，廁所洗澡的地方一股尿騷味，想是剛尿的，根本就沒有打掃

出行方便，樓下就是地鐵站，離西京醫院近。房子設施挺全的，冰箱，洗衣機，灶台，唯一不足的，衞生間下水聲音，和隔壁的呼嚕聲讓我凌晨三點後再無法入睡😤超出我的預想👍前台服務挺好，具體設施請看圖👇

裝修和傢俱殘破，房間設施老舊，與商家的宣傳圖片出入太大，衞生條件很一般，原計劃住四天，勉強住一天趕快換地方。
