Good old Crown Plaza. Locations is good. There is a shopping mall near by. Swimming pool and gym. Great experience in general. ☺️

We had an enjoyable stay at the Crowne Plaza. The hotel is a little dated but remains elegant. My children enjoyed the pool but it is too deep for young children who are still learning to swim. The gym changing rooms had a jacuzzi and sauna which I enjoyed but they should be more frequently cleaned. On arrival, we were upgraded to a larger room which was very kind of the hotel. The bathroom was especially grand with an electric toilet, great shower and seperate bathtub. The breakfast had plenty of options for both Western and Asian food. In terms of the location, it is a walk to the subway station or a short bicycle ride.

Overall staying experience was good.

The first time I came to Xi'an, I had a three-day unreal experience. Every day I stayed in Xi'an, I could chat with Aunt Long, who was in charge of the room maintenance. She was considerate and caring every day, and she considered me from my perspective. I have been to countless hotels in countless cities in a year, but only Xi'an made me feel at home. It was also the first time I stayed in a hotel and left the room card as a souvenir. Next time I come to Xi'an, I hope I can have this day every year.

The hotel is in a great location. Downstairs is the Shaanxi Gymnasium. Those who like running can experience it on the track. Entering the lobby gives me a low-key and elegant feeling. When I entered the lobby, Miss Erin greeted me warmly and kindly. The room was clean and tidy, the mattress was very comfortable, the floor was high, the environment was quiet, and I slept soundly. The staff were very professional and handled my consultations very skillfully. They handled the problems very well and were able to provide services to guests in a timely manner. I am very satisfied
