It is a house with 2 sets of 3 rooms and 2 halls. The price is cheap, and many people have to live separately. It is upstairs and convenient for parking, but the location is not very good. The downstairs happens to be the logistics center, and roads are also repaired at night. There are also large trucks on the road, which is very noisy. We took the baby and the elderly, and couldn't turn on the air conditioner. We suffered. The house was too hot. The landlord responded promptly and helped solve the problem. Without old people and children, it’s good to live in this house

房屋乾淨整潔，用具齊全，床單被罩一看就是剛換的，西安今天下雨，孩子們起來的晚了，老闆人很好給延長了退房時間。昨晚回來的晚了，樓下便利店還在營業，東西價格實惠。小區外邊停車位很近，對於我們外地來旅遊的人來説，哪怕收費衹要就近能停好車就很好了

位置挺好找的，就是在小區裡邊了一進小區就是住的那棟樓，不用走很遠，門口停車是收費的，2元一小時，我感覺還可以，要是太貴了，一個晚上也不少錢呢。環境不錯，很大，我訂了一個三居室的房子。床大，裡邊鍋碗瓢盆的都有，也可以自己做飯，在這住的真的太爽了。性比價很好。我感覺比起來住賓館，更喜歡民宿。

帶父母來玩 住了一個星期左右，三室一廳兩衞，房間非常寬敞乾淨。房東也很貼心，有問題會很認真的回覆。附近很方便，樓下有小攤攤也很好吃，商場也很多，很適合逛街喲。離回民街、鐘樓、大唐不夜城都很近。下次來還住這裏！！

公寓位置不錯，離地鐵口不遠，去地鐵口路過的是康復路，還有一些批發市場，購物也方便，我主要是去西京醫院的，離醫院步行十幾分鍾就可以過去！室內衞生乾淨，過程中有什麼問題老闆都會及時處理，特別適合一家人出行，有廚房也方便！整體感受是不錯的！

差評，連住了兩天，第二天讓房東打掃衞生，房東來句一客一掃，最後來了就給衞生搞了下，送了點衞生紙，連浴巾都不幫換一下。太差了
