This chain hotel was well located within easy distance of a metro station and served a varied chinese breakfast plus toast and some basic muesli. Our experience travelling with a non-chinese mandarin speaker, usually an advantage was not great, it felt as though some of the reception staff went out of their way not to understand what was being said to them, whispering and laughing at the individual. This felt both rude and unhelpful as they had no English language skills themselves. Unfortunately repairs were underway opposite our room and both of our rooms were ahowing signs of damp. During our 3 night stay the lift situation which was already running at only 2 of the 4 operating reduced further to just 1 - not great in a multistorey hotel. On the positive the Housekeeping staff did a great job and there was a laundry area easily accessible to visitors next to the dining room.

Fabulous hotel to stay - clean, inexpensive, good breakfast, basic functional rooms, friendly staff and great location! I particularly liked the location right next to lots of street food options and not far from park with good running track and the main reason I chose this place, because it is only a 30-minute walk from the North Xi'an High-speed train station. I recommend this place to stay for sure!

Damp, very humid, especially wet, the bed and quilt felt like it was wet with water, I couldn't sleep at two or three o'clock at night, and I had a rash all over. Really the worst experience ever.
