酒店太棒 了服務貼心，剛去入住就為我們準備了茶水説過幾天還會準備冰鎮酸梅湯，太喜歡了，我有點潔癖前台還有免費的一次性馬桶墊，真的很給力，下次來西安還會選擇入住，回去看看美麗漂亮的前台小姐姐

非常差的體驗，我定的豪華大床房，給我的標準大床房，第二次定就覺得房間很小，後來第二次定的時候，專門電話溝通了一下，我説實際住得和定的圖片不一樣，前台説是拍攝廣角的原因。呵呵得很。明明房間裏設施就不一樣，大家可以看圖對比。第二次入住之後，我説你房間給錯了，前台吞吞吐吐説這會沒人，有人再處理。還有我入住時簽字的單子上明明寫的金額是 173 我付的 240 請問，怎麼回事？是員工管理問題還是酒店有什麼問題。成天出差，這次真的很過分。

大型連鎖，特別適合商務出差基本每次外出辦公，都會定維也納主要性價比高，設施設備都很好，整體上乾淨整潔，基本的住宿要求都能夠達到，前台小姐姐還貼心的給我介紹了周邊哪裡有好吃的東西服務超級好，交通也十分便利，他們家還有免費🅿️停車的

出門旅遊首選維也納，這家酒店性價比太高了，前台小姐姐免費送了早餐，服務也超級好，房間衞生也打掃得很乾凈，價格也很合適，裝修也挺新的，唯一不好的離地鐵口有點遠，差不多2公里，不過附近也在修地鐵，等通了交通也就很方便了，還是跟值得推薦的

地面非劃線停車，地下車庫狹窄，略微不得勁，其他還好。就是在酒店丟失了一把很喜歡的專業户外摺疊刀，不露營時當水果刀用，酒店一口否認，衹住了三天就提前換地方了。
