It was a two night stand in Xian, but I was glad that I chose this hotel. It was important to have a good sleep and shower any time I need. So everything was fine, thanks to all the staff, they really took care of me, my clothes were washed and ironed, supplies were in the room and they even changed them. Breakfast was good, cheap. Thanks to the staff! The only one disadvantage is that metro station is quite far from the hotel, but I took a taxi anyway.

We really enjoyed our stay especially from the hotel staff helping us out with translation as we are English. Just be mindful of smoke throughout the hotel. We did ask for none smoking room but they don’t seem to exist. Our aircon leaked over the flow when we arrived but got changed over immediately which was top service. Overall really happy with this hotel!

Hotel Review:
We had a generally pleasant stay at the hotel, thanks to the accommodating staff and their excellent service. Upon arrival to our room we welcomed with a lovely vegetable and fruit plate. The Chinese buffet breakfast was a delightful surprise.
However, there were a few areas for improvement. Our room was in need of minor repairs, and the lack of a dedicated workspace was inconvenient.
Additionally, we were disappointed that the staff member escorting us to our room entered with her shoes on, which wasn't in line with our expectations.
Lastly, despite requesting a non-smoking room, we noticed a lingering smell of smoke.
Overall, the service was great, and these issues were the only drawbacks.

This is close to the high-speed train, Camel Bell and other shows, and a short subway or DiDi to the old city. The service is exceptional and the buffet is plentiful and varied- luxury at affordable prices. We highly recommend this place!
