Rooms are clean, bathroom is small, service by the receptionist is very good and attending as she works alone in this hotel. Rooms and hallways smell pretty strong, I think it’s from the old carpets! Hotel address is very confusing for the taxi driver as this hotel building is located with 2 other hotels

The place is great! The location is very convenient - close to metro. Our room was stylish, spacious and clean, equipped with smart home system, everything is working.

It’s the perfect place to feel at home in XiAn! Very convenient located next to subway station. The hotel provides everything you need to cook in the kitchen. The staff is very nice and the apartment is very comfortable. I highly recommended this place to my friends.

Let me summarise it as followed:
Pro:
1. Good location, just next to Yujiazhai subway.
2. Both Receptionist were very very helpful - Ms Lee and Ms Thang👍 when we had issues regarding their Wi-Fi, they assisted us in finding our routes and giving us tips in going around in China.
3. Spacious room and with sofa. Good water pressure .
4. Economical for a small family or couple.
Cons:
1. Not easy to locate the hotel. The back is not open and we had to use the other door.
2. Poor Wi-Fi in the room. Have to use our own line
3. Expect basic room service- just changing of towels, tidying up beddings and refurnishing toilet papers.
4. Being on the 4th floor, we could hear voices from below during night time.

環境特別好 前台服務特別好特別細心 離地鐵口特別近 出去五六分鐘就是萬達 馬路對面就是四海唐人街，吃吃喝喝特別多
