Good location near lots of restaurants. A short walk to the metro line that can take you to Xi'an North train station in about 4 stops. Not super close to other tourist attractions in Xi'an such as the Big Wild Goose Pagoda but the metro line takes you there as well. The room was nice, clean, and quiet. I have stayed in Atour hotels in the past and would definitely don't in the future.

The elegant king-size bed room I booked had an upgrade coupon from Ctrip, and I was upgraded to a superior king-size bed room when I checked in. There is no difference between the two room types, only the location is different. After checking in, the room smelled musty. I communicated with the front desk and they said that it would be fine after a while of ventilation. After two or three hours, it was still not good. After communicating with the front desk, they actively tried to solve it and changed to another room type.
To be honest, the hotel is a bit old, but the service attitude is very good. They don't avoid problems when they arise, and actively try to solve them, taking full care of the guests' feelings.
