第一次入住傾城艾萊酒店，大廳設計現代感十足，特別是這幅字，很少見這種書法題匾，很有新意。前台小姐姐笑容甜美，辦理入住效率超高，更驚喜的是免費幫我升級了房間，房間比想象中的寬敞很多，床墊軟硬適中，被子更是輕盈温暖，躺上去就像是被雲朵包裹，一覺睡到自然醒。

這家酒店是年前新裝修的，升級了巨幕投影房間，房間床墊也升級了，被子也是新彈的軟軟的，輕輕的，很舒服，排風空調也都很給力。我着急訂房沒注意房型，前台貼心的確定後幫我換了個大床房，服務態度超級好，給她們點個贊。對了，他家還可以免費停車，車位在他們樓下地庫，需要停車給前台打電話就行，會有工作人員帶領客人們停車，真的既方便又安全，來西安旅遊或者出行的學生黨推薦你們來住，性價比很高！

酒店感覺很好，整個入住過程特別愉快的且放心，房間的佈局也是我很喜歡的風格，很是簡約清新 各類設施齊住，配有一次性毛巾浴巾，被子軟軟的香香的，位置好找，設備齊全服務到位非常滿意的一次入住體驗，推薦！

前台服務很好，熱情洋溢，房間雖然很簡約，但是該有的也都有，最近還升級改造了巨幕投影，也可以看，負一有停車場，離地鐵站很近，房間很乾凈，推薦大家入住！

出車庫門時候，我們專門下車把停車票送到保安室，在外面等了半天，按了一下喇叭，那個保安就不耐煩的吵，説按什麼喇叭，急什麼，態度惡劣的很，本人開開心心的住完還打算給好評的，什麼垃圾保安

整體來説酒店還算可以了，設施齊全，需要的東西差不多都有，房間裝修温馨，投影房間，屏幕很大像在電影院一樣，衞生乾淨住着舒服，前台小姐姐熱情好客，辦理入住也很快！衹要一個電話能解決的事情總會在第一時間解決，想來西安玩兒的朋友，這家酒店真的是不錯選擇，地理位置方便好找，對面就有樂薈中心商場和城南客運站，樓下不遠還有夜市，距離地鐵站也不遠，出行方便！
