一打開門就一股潮味，下水道也反味。床單也是臟的，地上也沒打掃乾淨。想換房間前台也説沒有了，但是前台的小哥哥小姐姐服務態度很好。就是對味道敏感且對衞生要求高的朋友不建議住

主動評價，不是有的前台追着讓評價，他們的前台做好自己的事情，沒提給好評的事。
這幾天我有對比，在這一片，這樣的價位，這樣大的房間已經相當好了，房間和床品的乾淨程度也可以，值得贊！

就湊合住吧，樓下大廳一股味道。一天衹送兩瓶水，問前台要水前台不給。真是自帶叫醒服務，點一到一直打電話。

尚客優酒店的前台服務熱情，態度很好，客房環境好。出行的交通便利，距離興慶公園很近。去永興坊也很方便，贊👍🏻

衞生很差，洗手盆，馬桶按鍵，還有電話上面都有卷卷的短短的粗粗的毛髮，屋裡非常陰冷潮濕，被子床墊都是潮濕的，窗户是觀賞性窗户，窗户外面是密封的，所以不通風，屋子很小，過道一個人也很擠很勉強，我這還是定的商務大床比較好的呢，而且屋裡很臟，到處是衞生死角，我很累了加上離出差的地方近就住一天我就懶得換，活動空間就床上，而且晚上我躺下後，在床頭聞到尿騷味，是那種很濃的像是很久的尿幹了的味道，真的噁心到了，還超級不隔音，別的房間普通説話就格外你屋裡説話一樣，是我住過最差最臟，價格還不便宜的酒店
