I booked two double rooms online, but the front desk said you don’t have to pay. The special price rooms are no longer available. I can refuse to accept physical bookings for more than 190... We said we could choose not to stay, but she said that there was a room... Speechless😒 Yes The bathroom in a house smells really bad. I went to the front desk for 40 minutes and didn't get any help... When everyone checked in, they had to check out the house first (when I went down to the front desk, there were several people who had checked out).

首先酒店老闆態度很差勁不知道拽什麼呢？定的是兩米大床房，安排一個電梯旁邊房間，不符合描述的的小床，房間隔音很差，大晚上，有服務員大喊，第二天找她換房型，老闆態度很差説沒有房換不了，我找了客服之後老闆又説我不跟她好好協商大喊大鬧撒潑一樣，老闆還説平台的錯誤自己家從來沒有寫兩米的床，最後又説升級房型，可是之前明明説沒房，前言不搭後語，欺負人呢衹能説別來。
