對於一個家庭旅館來説還是不錯的。老闆服務熱情，有求必應，房間小了點，但是乾淨整潔。位置環境一般般，基本上是做旁邊大學的生意。

為啥給差評呢？就是那個老闆説給叫車服務，可以拼車，所以尋思着拼車能便宜點兒。結果拼車司機不僅沒給送到去的地方，價位還更高。且路上走走停停不斷的拉人，沒到地方就開始要錢，所以送到半路就不拉了。屬於非法經營。所以我嚴重懷疑老闆跟拼車司機是一夥的，必須給差評

賓館位於村子裏，靠近秦嶺，景色不錯，旁邊是名勝古蹟-草堂寺和西安建大，此地民風淳樸，停車和吃飯均比較方便。個別住客比較吵鬧，可給老闆講一下進行制止。缺點：隔音效果稍差。總體來講，屬於比較實惠的賓館。

送孩子開學，離建大很近，交通方面，附近好幾家小飯店吃飯也方便，賓館挺乾淨衞生
