Perfect for families! Our stay was wonderful. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful with our kids. The family room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The location was convenient for local attractions. Excellent breakfast options too. We felt comfortable and well-cared for – would definitely return!

Navigation took us directly to the hotel entrance, making it easy to find. Krystal, the front desk clerk, was friendly and helpful, answering all my questions patiently. The room was also very clean and spacious, with a well-designed layout, unlike the cramped feeling you'd find in a typical hotel. It was a truly comfortable stay. The front desk quickly responded to and addressed all my needs throughout my stay, which was truly heartwarming. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance to visit Xi'an again!
