The location was difficult to identify, not even having the name in Latin. The staff was very friendly, although communication was less easy due to the lack of knowledge of another international language. The accommodation space was small, with the option to pay extra (10 yuan/day) for the air-conditioned area.

Friendly owners who provided everything i needed. A bed, a shower and somewhere to store my belongings. Packets of toiletries provided as well. If you're looking for comfort do everyone a favour and look elsewhere. Take note that the place is built for asians by asians, so if you're oversized space might be constrained. Toilet is squat style if that matters to you.
Recommended if you intend to explore xi an on a budget. Plenty of local food options and stores nearby too to resupply if needed. Laundry shop just beside as well.

房間特別小，就一張床的位置，在廁所邊上特別臭，薰得睡不着，廁所也是就一個坑的位置，還鎖不上，房間一點都不隔音，挨着路邊晚上一直有很大的開車聲，還有人吵架，沒住過這麼差的，提前一天退房也沒退錢

西安火車站附近都是這種自建房，騎單車去火車站大概10分鐘，走路十幾分鍾。公共廁所能洗澡有熱水，馬桶也是好的。就是房間裏有幾衹蚊子咬人受不了，在馬路邊也比較吵。老闆人還行，態度好。
