房子小的很，環境不好，衞生間的門還會自動反鎖，把人鎖在外邊，攜程上定的，已經把錢付過了，前台把人叫下去，説什麼現付要付現金什麼的，直接下來168，給人家説攜程已經就扣過了，前台各種理由，説隨後攜程給退什麼的，網上優惠148定的，非得讓出168，感覺有點上當受騙的感覺，最後大半夜聯繫攜程，給解決，前台那個男的還不高興

這次是來西安看病，距離醫院生活超市也近，就選擇了兩間房子；房間乾淨衞生，有固定的停車位，前台小姐姐安排到酒店旁邊空地停的車；前台的小美女很好説話，很熱情，很有耐心！值得選擇的一次住宿。

本來是免費停車的，但賓館説自己的停車位滿了，讓停在了別處，又交了15元的停車費，店家説他們還要交15元，意思總共30元，但停車場上明明寫的過夜車一次10元。

服務：非常到位，我和男朋友訂的是大床房，前台説因為在維修，給我們升級成了那種雙床房，一個一米五的大床和一個一米二的小床，

千萬不要去住，沒有水喝，喝房間裏面的礦泉水5快一瓶，單獨收費，前台的服務人員態度特別差，提前告訴工作人員退房工作人員也給回覆了，然後退房的時候還加收我們錢，其次房間裏面的礦泉水，是開過的，不知道是誰灌的自來水在裏面，然後長的很醜的一個前台工作人員是女的，脾氣特別爆，簡直就是黑店，兩百多一晚上，房間衞生也不乾淨，垃圾酒店，千萬不要去住，真的很垃圾。

賓館離地鐵站近，服務也不錯，早上有早餐，除了房間裏的電視不能投屏，比較陳舊，熱水器開久了温度能高一些，其它都還可以。住宿體驗不錯。
